Originally Recorded: 9/22/21 This CLE will discuss Minnesota’s history of providing access to justice, and why a justice gaps persists today. Faculty will review and discuss the ongoing challenges of obtaining equal access to justice in our state, and discuss several initiatives and programs underway to reduce barriers and eliminate the biases that prevent individuals from full access to the legal system, including ways for every attorney to play a role in ensuring that all Minnesotans have access to justice.
