Changing the Game:  Preventing Terror Recruiting In Minnesota

A discussion with former United States Attorney for the District of Minnesota, Andrew Luger, and Senior Litigator at the Office of the Federal Defender for the District of Minnesota, Manny Atwal.  Our distinguished guests will discuss terror recruitment within Minnesota’s Somali community and law enforcement’s efforts to combat recruitment using the criminal justice system and collaborative efforts with Somali community leaders, including establishing the nation’s first and only de-radicalization program.
