Learn about each courts’ transition to web-based oral arguments in the time of COVID-19. The panel will also provide its recommendations in preparing for WebEx oral arguments, advice for attorneys in handling issues and distractions during oral argument, and its expectations for attorney conduct in appearing before both courts.
